Mediterranean Villa

I built this Mediterranean villa to bring old-world craftsmanship to a modern home. Stucco walls, tile roofs, arched doorways — every detail done by hand, built to last for generations.

There’s something about Mediterranean architecture that just feels right — the thick walls that keep you cool, the tile that ages beautifully, the arches and courtyards that make a house feel like a home.

When I built this villa, I wanted to honor those traditions while making sure it works for modern life. Real stucco, real tile, solid construction — not the foam-and-stucco-look you see on tract homes. This is the real thing, built the way it should be.

From the foundation to the roof tiles, I was hands-on for the whole build. That’s how I work — I don’t just manage projects, I build them.
